Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2026 Last Updated: July 31, 2026

1. Introduction

Infintegration, Inc. (“Infintegration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides technology integration services for financial institutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (infintegration.com), engage us as a client, or interact with our services. It applies to two categories of information:

  • Website and business contact information — data we collect from visitors, prospects, and clients through our website and normal business dealings.
  • Client data processed through our integration services — data belonging to our financial institution clients that we access or process while performing integration work (e.g., Salesforce/nCino configuration, data migration, custom software development).

This policy is intended for a United States audience and does not make representations regarding compliance with non-U.S. data protection frameworks (e.g., GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information submitted through website forms (name, email, phone, company)
  • Information provided when you request a quote, consultation, or support
  • Correspondence you send us via email or other channels

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs)
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics (see Section 6)

2.3 Client Data

When engaged by a client, Infintegration may be given access to the client’s own systems and data (such as CSi, Salesforce, nCino, or other financial institution platforms) solely to perform the contracted integration, migration, configuration, or development work. This data belongs to the client, not to Infintegration, and is governed by the terms of our client agreement in addition to this policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes or proposals
  • Deliver, maintain, and support our integration services
  • Manage the business relationship with clients and vendors
  • Maintain internal business records (accounting, contracts, support tickets)
  • Improve our website and services
  • Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations (including our SOC 2 program)

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data accessed during engagements for any purpose outside the scope of the engagement.

4. How We Share Information

We do not share information except as follows:

  • Service providers: We use a limited set of vetted third-party vendors to operate our business and deliver services, including cloud infrastructure hosting, email and productivity tools, CRM software, and endpoint security monitoring. Each vendor is reviewed as part of our vendor risk management program and is contractually or operationally limited to the purpose for which we use them.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Infintegration, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: If Infintegration is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy.

Client data accessed during an integration engagement is never shared with other clients or used for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

Infintegration maintains a formal information security program, including:

  • Access controls with individually assigned, passphrase-protected credentials
  • Network segmentation and firewalls between production and staging environments
  • Endpoint detection and response monitoring across company devices and servers
  • Regular vendor security assessments
  • An internal risk register and incident response process
  • Ongoing SOC 2 Type II compliance activities

While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support core functionality and to understand site usage through analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain website visitor and business contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or contractual obligation. Client data accessed during an engagement is retained only as long as necessary to complete the engagement and any agreed support period, and is handled according to the terms of the applicable client agreement.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of non-essential communications from us
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled

We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
